§ 02Delta Green Corridor
A community-led urban reforestation project targeting Tanta's industrial edges to improve air quality and give shade back to the streets.
Heritage Hackathon
Local designers and developers digitising Tanta's architectural and Sufi cultural archives — from the mosque's calligraphy to moulid oral histories.
Delta Coders
A free after-school programme teaching public-school students in Gharbia to build with code, run in partnership with Tanta University's engineering faculty.
Cotton to Kind
Connecting smallholder cotton farmers to ethical fashion buyers, cutting out predatory middlemen and returning margin to Delta villages.

A Short History

Tanta joins the Global Shapers network — the first hub in the Nile Delta outside Cairo and Alexandria.
- •2021First Delta Green Corridor plantings
50 volunteers, 300 trees along the Tanta–Mahalla road.

Partnership with Tanta University's Faculty of Arts opens the moulid oral archive.
